Gathers and documents business requirements with business partners and business users and translate into IT Design Specifications
Create current and future state process models with business partners
Establish plan for achieving future state with business and IT partners
Produce IT Project Charters
Analysis Business Processes and identify opportunities for improvement through deployment of either existing or new IT systems.
Assist in IT Strategy for specific business areas
Define and measure business value of IT projects
Lead planning, creation and execution of business partner solution testing and acceptance
Work with IT teams to provide technical specifications and resolve design issues.
